Took my sick child in on a Saturday per Vandy triage advice and was told he had pneumonia. By Monday, he wasn't better took him to his PCP and his lungs were clear and he had the flu. We will not return. I recommend going to Mt. Juliet after hours clinic.
I had a pretty good experience here. The only reason I won't give 5 start is because I had to suggest giving my daughter the flu and rsv test. We went in with a stuffy nose and mild fever.
I took my son in on Saturday because of a stomach bug. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and professional. They got us in and out as quickly as possible and were very kind to my son. I saved time and money by avoiding a trip to the ER and was able to have my son seen by a pediatrician, which made me feel better. When my kids need to see a doctor after office hours, this is where we will be going from now on.
