I've been using Lexpro for years and I don't trust anyone else with my cars. The owner Robert is great!!! Also, prices are competitive and front desk staff very informed. No-one else touches my cars. Not even for an oil change.
Have been using Lexpro since 2012 for my Lexus, which now has 289k miles, thanks to the quick diagnosis and OEM parts replaced. Just purchased a newer model and will continue using Lexpro as long as I own a Lexus. These guys are completely honest and extremely affordable. If you own a Lexus/Toyota in the Murfreesboro or Franklin areas, then make sure to use Lexpro. Don't make the mistake of heading to a dealership aka stealership.
We have taken our Lexus and Toyota cars to Lexpro for 8-10 years now. We have always felt they are honest & do great work. On more than one occasion, (when applicable & when it is a safe option) they have let us know they could install a new part OR repair the existing one -- I don't think most car repair places would tell a customer about a less expensive fix! They have also reached out to us re: repair work they did to let us Toyota would reimburse us those costs since the repair had now been deemed a recall issue. They certainly didn't have to do that! Anytime they let us know about problems they find with our cars, they let us know if there is an urgency for the repair or if it is something that can wait. Likewise, if we choose not to have the work done right away they have always been very understanding and never made us feel we are making a poor choice/pushed us to have the work done anyway.
I have been going to this shop for five years and have always had a good experience, but this last maintenance call didn't turn out so well. I had them replace the front brakes and rotors, as well as rotate and balance the tires on my 11 year-old Sequoia, totaling almost a $900 bill. I took a long trip in the vehicle about ten days later and the left rear wheel came off the truck at 70 mph on Rt. 75 North of Atlanta, almost getting me killed. I had to cut across three lanes of speeding traffic on three wheels and a disc as I watched my wheel roll by and smack into the guard rail. Unbelievable! Luckily I made it to the side of the road. I got stuck in Cartersville for a day in a motel, while a local repair shop put this thing back together. Update: In all fairness to Lexpro, they did pay for repairs.
