I took my car and will get the repair done elsewhere. Any business run that poorly with that much lack of customer care doesn't deserve my business. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
Very disappointed with paint job, poor quality, orangepeel, streeks, runs, mostly wrong color! Is a special truck of a deceased nephew.. sick over it! Truck is parked and covered now! Sis worked in paintshop at Nissan, said worse paint job she had ever seen.
Why not call and say "hey we ordered a part come use your car until the part comes in"?

Went to get a dent repair. Dropped my car off last Monday was told it would take about 6 days. This Monday I call (it's been a week) because I've heard nothing from them. I was told it would be an additional few days. I was in the area and stopped by...my car was parked in the same exact spot as I left it and had not even been touched!!
Wow just called murfreesboro store. Very unprofessional and pretty much told me they suck and everything that they have been painting lately. Told me it's expensive like $200.... What a moron.
This business shouldn't be open if they do not practice common business sense. Why did my car sit for a week untouched?
Again, this place doesn't deserve your money- please go somewhere else. I feel like they want you to go somewhere else as badly as I do.
This place doesn't even deserve to be open. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't allow them to get any of your hard-earned money! The guy up front is as unprofessional as they come, as he's constantly trashing the paint techs to customers, and when I called after they'd had my car for TWO WEEKS, he just told me they'd get to it when they get to it and that they'd call me, don't call them. Then he hung up on me. When I called right back to see how far along they were and to suggest he let people finish before hanging up on them, he told me I could just come get the car... THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED ON IT YET! A process that MIGHT stretch out to be a week, and they hadn't even started two weeks later.
Josh Garvin was great to work with. He listened to everything I said and gave me a great paint job for a fair price. Service was timely and he called to keep me updated. Thanks Josh and Maaco!!
