Had a bad situation turn into a good one due to Eric and Crystal owners of Murfreesboro Auto Repair!! They went over and beyond to help us by Crystal taking us to our appt at the VA Hospital and coming back and picking us up afterwards while they were working on our vehicle. We are from Alabama and it was scary 3 women together broken down but from the call to AAA, toll truck, and then meeting the owners, Iseldyke we were put completely at ease. They kept us informed about the car, what was wrong, what the cost would be, how long it would take, etc. They have a very nice waiting area with TV. Clean restroom facility. They offer you coffee and cold drinks. Best of all they have a sweet, loving dog that gives the best kisses on the face and ear!!! He is so playful. You couldn't ask for a nicer couple to do business with.
They totally saved the day when my dealership messed up and left me stranded on the highway coming from GA enroute to Wisconsin ! They got me back on the road in no time! Never hesitate to take your vehicle here. It's a family-owned business with a wonderful loving pup to keep you occupied while you wait on your car! Thank you!!!
These guys are like my second family. I’ve brought three vehicles to them and will not go to anyone else. Their prices are very reasonable and they will never tell you that you need something that you don’t need. I would recommend them to anyone!
I never thought I would say that an auto repair place is awesome! Murfreesboro Auto Repair has went above and beyond with the service they provide! They walk you through step by step of your vehicle problems. They make sure that you understand what is going on and check back often to keep you informed of the progress! They did not try to oversell! They give you options and didn't sugarcoat the problem! They are honest people! My first visit was for engine trouble. My 2nd visit today is to get my a/c repaired. This is a new location. They also have a shop in Nashville that has been open for over 22 years. They have a nice waiting area with tv and soft drinks/water while you wait! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND for all your auto repairs! Both times that I visited the owner, was there and assisted me. You can tell that my business was important to me and that I was completely satisfied!
