Within a week of each other my wife was hit by a guy running a red light and I was hit by a teenager driving drunk. Her car went to the Prices in Franklin and mine went to Prices in Antioch. My car was done fairly quickly but my wife's car took almost 6 weeks. Both cars had to be taken back for issues with the repairs (parts on incorrectly, parts installed without being fastened in, etc.). The parts on my Mustang were installed incorrectly and when I returned to have it corrected, they told me that it was to "factory specs". Fortunately, I had pictures of my car from before the accident to show how the parts SHOULD fit. On both cars we were finding parts that were installed without correct fasteners...for example a grill that requires five attachment pins but only two were used...and the two used were not even new, they were re-used from before the wreck. When we questioned it, the reply was...again...that the repair was to "factory specs." Within a year the paint on the two new metal parts Prices installed on my car (front quarter panel & hood) began to bubble and peal. When I returned to Prices to see if this was covered on the "Lifetime Warranty on all repairs" I was told that I had "obviously not properly maintained the new finish with adequate waxing." WTF? Additionally, my wife's car has had multiple issues since the repair and our regular mechanic has found evidence of parts that were likely damaged in the accident that were re-used by Prices and that has resulted in the parts failing. I will never return to Prices and would strongly advise you not use them either. Just because they are big does not mean they are good.

The only reason there is one star here is because I can't post zero stars. They deserve zero. I needed a fender and bumper cover repaired. I was quoted $2,300 and ended up $4,600. They had my car 22 days. They scheduled the repair two weeks out. If they had a 2 week lead time to repair my vehicle, why 22 days to complete the repair? They are turds, that's why. There were additional parts to order and that can happen and I understand that. But no one called me to keep me updated on changes/additions. When I did call they said it would be done by next week, then the following week, then another 2 days. If you have to deal with Ron, just give up. He's the most worthless turd of all. It's worth jail time just to kick that guy's lying ass. He is pathetic and Price's is the worst. NEVER TAKE YOUR CARE HERE. NEVER.

Quality work and nice staff.

Being new to the area I researched and heard a lot of good things about Price's after my vehicle was involved in an accident. After taking my vehicle in and making an appointment for the repair work with an insurance check in hand, we schedule a day to leave the vehicle. Of course I knew the repairs would be more than what the insurance company sent a check for, but the staff got their estimate together and called and dealt with the insurance company to get the balance amount approved and got my car repaired. When I got the call it was ready I was surprised to see the quality work that was done and that they not only washed the car but cleaned the inside also.

After the crooks at Honda of Murfreesboro bent and damaged the hood of a brand new car we purchased from them not a month ago -these guys fixed it at no charge after recognizing that the service department at Honda had shut a wrench inside the hood during a routine oil change and lied about it!!Thank goodness for the good guys that are still out there!
