I am always very uneasy whenever I have to take my car to the mechanic. I always end up paying for way more than I feel that is wrong with my car. George is different. He makes me feel like he truly respects my patronage. I never have to worry about paying more than I would anywhere else. I never have to worry about being taken advantage of. His customer service is above average. The experience is worth more than the money I save by going to George! I will forever take my Rover to Ray's Imports!
They have really beautiful shop cats also:-)
I recommend them to anyone in the middle Tennessee area who is busy and can't drive to a dealership or long distance like me. George invited me in like family, that's what I look for in a business. Wish the best to his boy in football and maybe one day rugby!
I have a guy in Lebanon who works on my Rover! He is phenomenal, but I have a busy life and it's hard to get up there and go without a car for a few days. I was recommended to go to Rays.
Today I had a busy day and at the end of it that had some issues with the belts, but they allowed me to come back in the bay and just chill with them as they ran to get extra parts for my convenience.
So Far so good!!!! We had to find a new mechanic, as our other one went out of business:-( It's so hard to find trustworthy mechanics. Our son's car needed power steering hoses and they replaced everything for around the same price as our old mechanic, and it was done in a timely manner. Then, about a week later, the upper radiator hose went out and they fixed it up like new and done quickly also.
I hope to take it back to see them one day.
I LOVE the great customer service @ Ray's IMPORTS!!!! George has worked on my car for 3 years & has always charged reasonable prices & GREAT service. I will always take my car to him, I trust him, he isn't a crooked guy! If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thanks again George!! :)
Make sure if you guys install a thermostat for anyone else you install the gasket the right way around. Oh and the bleeder valve goes at the top not the side. Oh also make sure you don't leave any spark plugs loose after doing a compression test. Spark plug tubes are full of soot and oil and the plugs were wobbling around completely loose. Thanks
