Personal attention
The man that answered the phone was rude. Absolutely terrible to me. He was also disrespectful to my father. Wouldn't help me at all. Had snide remarks and it was not okay.
Mr. Harrell has been servicing my Volvos for several years and has been a wonderful and trustworthy mechanic. He is upfront about cost and is willing to take time to discuss your car's problem. Highly recommended!!!
Mr. Harrell was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took time out of his day to come to my apartment complex, examine my car, and tell me how serious the damage would be. He was always courteous and helpful. Will definitely recommend Specialty Automotive to anyone in Murfreesboro.
While I did not go into the shop (I need tire work done and they don't do that), the gentleman who answered the phone was more than helpful. He spent a good 5-6 minutes explaining to me what I needed to do and the best way to go about doing it. He also informed that I need to keep an eye out for my suspension, as I might have really damaged it.
I will be going to him if I need car work done in the future.
