Furniture just delivered today..Movers Paul & Bobby were extremely professional. Unloaded and placed furniture where we wanted. Gave us advice on how to care for furniture and explained how to avoid scratching up our wood floors too. Very pleased and hope to do more business in the future.
Absolute worst customer service, particularly from Mary. I step in to check out their couches and rugs, but knew I was going to browse through quickly, looking at random things.. upon Mary hearing I was just looking randomly she instantly turned into "riff-raft killing time" mode. This woman needs to be in a non-customer facing role. I would advise future customers to immediately ask for someone else.
My interaction with Ed Hicks was great. Ed is a terrific consultant. He is the type of person I ( and I think most people ) want to do business with.
Bev provided great customer service! My recliner was delivered this week within the time frame they told me that it would take. It is beautiful and SO comfortable. The delivery men were very professional with their delivery and set up.
Good selection of recliners. Lots of options. No pressure or "close following" by sales staff. Comfortable shopping experience.
